DEN 130 Dental Hygiene Theory I
This course is a continuation of the didactic, dental hygiene concepts necessary for providing an, oral prophylaxis. Topics include, deposits/removal, instrument sharpening, patient, education, fluorides, planning for dental hygiene, treatment, charting, and clinical records and, procedures. Upon completion, students should be, able to demonstrate knowledge needed to complete a, thorough oral prophylaxis.
