Release of Student Information

In response to requests from the general public, prospective employers, and other third parties, the College may release the following directory information without the student's prior written consent, unless the student has requested that such information be withheld:

Student name
Address
Telephone number
Academic classification
Major field of study
Participation in officially recognized activities

Periods of enrollment (Ex. Fall 2024 – Spring 2026)
Degrees, diplomas, certificates, honors, and awards received

Students who do not wish to have their directory information disclosed must submit a written request to the Registrar's Office to restrict the release of directory information in accordance with the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA).
