Student Accounts Recievable

Students may charge tuition, fees, and books to a sponsor outside the College provided they have met with the Student Accounts Receivable office (Room 339) to establish a sponsor account prior to registration. The establishment of a sponsor account requires an original signed letter of sponsorship detailing the conditions of sponsorship in addition to the sponsor's name, address, and contact information. A new letter of sponsorship is required for each semester a student is enrolled. The student is responsible for contacting his/her sponsor each semester to request a sponsorship letter. The student will be held responsible for any charges applied to the sponsor account that the sponsor refuses to pay.
