Student Appeal (510.01)
Any student may appeal any disciplinary action by notifying the Vice President of Academic & Student Affairs in writing within three (3) days of the disciplinary action. The Vice President will schedule a hearing within (10) days; within two (2) days for suspensions. The appeal will be heard by the Student Appeal Committee. The student should notify the Vice President in advance of any parties who may be accompanying him/her at the hearing. This committee will conduct the proceedings and file a record of the appeal hearing and its recommendation with Vice President of Academic & Student Affairs, who will inform the student of the decision of the appeal.
