Temporary Disciplinary Action
If the Dean of Student Engagement and Support believes a student’s continued enrollment poses a serious safety risk, threatens College property, or significantly disrupts the academic process, the College may take immediate action. A student may be temporarily suspended from the College while disciplinary, criminal, or medical matters are reviewed. Interim suspensions take effect immediately when there is an urgent threat to the student, others, or normal College operations. This action is temporary and is followed by the College’s disciplinary process, including notice, an opportunity to be heard, and the right to appeal as outlined in the Student Handbook.
