James Clery Act

The Jeanne Clery Disclosure of Campus Security Policy and Campus Crime Statistics Act is a federal law that mandates colleges and universities across the United States reveal information regarding crime on and surrounding their campuses. It was previously known as the Campus Security Act. The campus crime log is available in the Director of Campus Safety and Security's office or online under the Public Safety link.
